Medical assistance
Before the journey you should get yourself a health insurance. In Poland citizens of some countries are in immediate medical care on the ground of international agreements.
In case of emergency one should call 999 (a toll-free number of the medical emergency service). Medicines are available at the chemist's (attention! Medicines, apart from the essential ones, are on doctor's prescription only).
