Postal and telephone services
Most post offices are open from 8.00-18.00. At the post office you can: post a letter, parcel, buy stamps, postcards, realise or send postal orders /within the country borders/, cash some kinds of cheques.
A price of the stamp depends on the weight of the letter and the country it is send to. The price also depends on a kind of the mail service: airmail, regular mail or registered post.
Magnetic phonecards are advisable to buy for making phone calls. Public telephones in which cards are used are located at bus/railway stations, hotels, in the city centres. There are magnetic and microchip phonecards available.
